Important: People with a physical disability in their legs will not be able to do the part of the falls since there are many steps to walk.
On the way up to the Poás Volcano National Park at 2,708 meters high, we will make a stop to enjoy an exquisite typical breakfast in the production facilities and plantations of the famous Doka State Café where we can see the coffee process. Upon reaching the Poás Volcano we will admire the impressive and gigantic main active crater with sulfur fumaroles. Then we will take a walk along the trails that will allow us to learn about the different ecosystems, the humid and cloud forests of the park.
We continue the mountainous route to one of the main natural attractions in the area, visiting La Paz Waterfall Gardens to explore its spectacular trails that lead to viewpoints of beautiful waterfalls, as well as a butterfly farm, aviary, garden of hummingbirds, canary, felines and serpentarium.
