AGE AND RESPONSIBILITY.- You declare, regardless of your Country of origin, that you are of sufficient legal age to use this site and to subscribe and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as to be responsible for the legal obligations that bind you with any liability incurred by the use of this Site. RESERVATION POLICIES
The rates shown on the website are only valid at the time of your quote. The rates will apply for their respective position, only in case of reserving the desired service, otherwise these rates may vary. A reservation is considered completed when you have a confirmation number and the corresponding charge has been applied. At the time of booking, you authorize us in writing and / or verbally to use your credit card number to make your payment, and expressly confirm that you know and accept these Terms and Conditions as well as the privacy policy of TOTAL HORIZON. Reservations are subject to availability at the time of processing your request. Availability cannot be guaranteed until full payment has been received. For some reservations (duly identified before filling in your contact and credit card details), we have to verify availability directly with the supplier's reservations department before we can confirm them. TOTAL HORIZON asks you a maximum of 24 hours for this availability check and confirmation. In order to avoid setbacks, if you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please contact your assigned Travel Advisor as soon as possible, mentioning your reservation number. TOTAL HORIZON suggests that you carefully read the clause corresponding to the CANCELLATION POLICIES. Any change of reservation is subject to availability and re-quotation of rates. Every reservation confirmed firmly by TOTAL HORIZON provides a reservation control number which you must carry at all times.
PAYMENT POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICIES INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS HOTELS:
TOTAL HORIZON must receive directly or via e-mail, any cancellation request within the periods set for these.
- a) Mid Season: Winter, Easter Week, Long Weekends, July and August: 15 days before arrival. There will be no cancellation charge if it is received 7 days before the arrival date. Outside this limit, or if the client does not arrive, a charge for 2 nights will be applied at the net rate acquired.
- b) High Season Easter, Christmas and New Year: 21 days before arrival. There will be no cancellation charge if it is received 14 days prior to the arrival date. Outside this limit, or if the client does not arrive, a charge for 2 nights will be applied at the net rate acquired.
- c) Rest of the year: 7 days before arrival. There will be no cancellation charge if it is received 3 days before the arrival date. Outside this limit, or if the client does not arrive, a charge for 1 night will be applied at the acquired rate.
Reservations canceled 25 days or more before the date of service are subject to a charge of 25% of the total amount of your reservation.
DELIVERY POLICY

REFUND AND / OR CANCELLATION POLICY:

2.Once a partial or total deposit has been made, the reservation is made and / or documentation issued, no cancellations or refunds are allowed.

4.If the user generates a NO SHOW, that is, they do not use the services already purchased and / or confirmed for any reason, there will be no type of refund.
5.There will be no tolerance for any reason in the departure time (start of the trip) indicated in the itinerary, (out of respect for the passengers' time) so there will be no refund in case of not arriving on time (in all our confirmations travel it is always recommended to arrive 30 min. before the set time for departure).
6.The company reserves the right to postpone the trip in the event of an accident, hurricane, flood, epidemic, earthquake, pandemic, earthquake, social insecurity and / or any other external factor that prevents the operation of the trip safely for the client and the company, without being this reason to reimburse the value of the trip to the client. In this case, another date will be agreed to carry it out.

8.There will be no refunds of a partial or total nature in case of change of date of the scheduled tour derived from not being able to visit the main point (s) of the experience, due to decisions, restrictions or particular limitations of the destination or facilities , which are out of reach and are outside the service provider; In the event of this situation arising due to COVID issues or other reasons, the company will provide a new date, as many times as necessary until the supplier authorizes the visit of our group; If the traveler does not want to participate in the next dates of the initial departure, they can choose another destination and date, within a period of 1 year from their payment, considering that there may be a change in rate and must cover it before their next tour.
9.There will be no refunds or partial or total refunds in case of postponing a departure for not covering the minimum number of travelers mentioned in the clear rules, in case of not adjusting or favoring the client the new proposed date, the balance will remain in credit points for the next six months to make them valid in the following ways:
- a) In experiences of equal value, choosing the date that suits you best and / or changing the name of the participant or traveler.
